This well balanced blend comes primarily from beans sourced in the highlands of our northern neighbour Papua New Guinea, along with beans from central Ethiopia. It is a mild blend with a level of intensity of 8, delivering delicate strawberry shortbread notes up front, with a lingering, creamy butterscotch aftertaste.

It combines the full flavour of South American beans from Colombia, with the smooth texture of beans from Africa’s largest coffee producing country – Ethiopia. It is perfect for a morning pick-me-up with a level of intensity of 12.

The coffee reflects the country’s vibrant culture and rugged, diverse landscapes with fertile lands and plantations nestled between two grand volcanoes. The combination of rich volcanic soil, sunny days, cool nights and ocean breezes creates the perfect conditions for growing exceptional coffee beans with full, fruity flavours and aromas. Ethiopia is recognised as the birthplace of coffee and as such its single origin beans are revered by coffee aficionados. Known for their depth of flavour, Ethiopian coffees typically have a higher acidity, medium body and fruity/floral flavour notes. Tasting Notes – Citrus and berries with milk chocolate finish.
